PHILOSOPHY
Our physical body, our mechanical system (joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, bones) in particular, is a resource. It needs to be managed and stewarded just like finances and time.
We are not taught how to move, so we just move without giving it much thought. That is, until we are injured.
This is like walking someone up to a complex machine and saying, “here, use this” without any instruction.

What gets assessed gets managed! Prevention of breakdown is always more effective than crisis management. My goal is to educate people and help them be effective managers of their physical bodies.
